This honey is the result of a natural process, crystallisation. Through double helix rotation, we transform the thicker crystals into microcrystals, resulting in a creamy texture and a balanced, subtle and persistent flavour.
Produced in the region of Trás-os-Montes, Mirandela, Portugal.
