Chestnut honey is produced in the mountainous areas of the region called cold lands of Tres os montes, Vinhais , characterized by extensive chestnut plantations. It is a very nutritious honey and very popular because of its mineral salt content. It is dark amber in colour; light aroma; bitter-sweet aftertaste; coarse texture with a bit of a tendency to crystallize. It is unique in its distinct flavor.

Heather honey has a dark and ambreous tone, with a striking aroma and flavor. It is genuinely a high-quality mountain product. Due to its composition, honey can crystallize. Produced in the region of Trás-os-Montes, Portugal. Use honey on your table.

Wild lavender honey is produced in the region called hot lands of Tres os montes , at less than 400 meters above sea level, Mirandela, where the growth of this type of wild flora is favored . The honey is light in color, with a mild taste and very aromatized. fine texture and even crystallization

Origin: The vineyards are located in the best clay-limestone soils of Bairrada in the Ancas area. Grape varieties: 100% Baga. Vinification: Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Second fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method. Bottling Date: February 2022. Internship: Disgorgement after 20 months. Tasting Notes: Pale copper color. Intense and complex aroma, dried fruits, bread yeast stand out in an austere set. On the palate, the bubble is thin and abundant with soft, creamy foam. It reveals freshness and persistence in the end. Vinification: Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Second fermentation in bottle according to the classic method. Bottling Date: May 2022, disgorgement after 16 months. Ageing: 24 months in bottle. Tasting Notes: Light salmon color. Fresh fruity aroma with strawberry and blackcurrant in evidence. On the palate, the bubble is fine and smooth, with fresh and delicate flavors in a creamy and persistent finish. Internship: Disgorgement after 18 months. Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color. Fresh aroma with intensity. Of great elegance, with the presence of fruits such as the green apple. Balanced and delicate palate, with creamy mousse and fine bubble, notes of dried fruits and vanilla biscuits. Valle das Corujas has selected for itself an extra virgin olive oil , in a 750ml can. We chose a can, because it reminds us of the olive oil of the past, but it also protects the oil from light. The nozzle of the can is highly dosing, allowing you to control your drizzle of olive oil. Store in a dry place away from heat. As it is a natural product, it may present cloudiness and some deposits. Our olive groves are traditional, located in Mascarenhas, a village with a centuries-old tradition in the art of making olive oil, municipality of Mirandela; they are made up of centenary trees in rainfed culture, respecting the identity of olive oil from Trás-os-Montes, Portugal .
